London Girl Geek Dinner III Planning
Hi, I'm just in the process of planning the third London Girl geek Dinner as we speak. At the moment I am looking for speakers and a fun little venue for the event. The first two events were held at the Texas Embassy, but I think it is time for a change. Let me know if you have any preferences for speaking topics and locations. MS Launch Tomorrow and W3C Mobile Web Intiative
I will be attending 2 large events tomorrow. In the morning I will be at the Mobile Web Intiative which is the first W3C outreach event solely for Mobile Web in Europe. Google Open House Photos Podcasts and Post Event Info
As promised to a number of people who attended the Google Open House event in London on the 10th November, I have put both the podcasts and the photo's from the event online. It's my birthday!

Well it's the 11/11 and I am another year older. Things don't change though, I am sat in the office programming in C# and then rushing about this evening like a mad thing getting ready for my parents to arrive. Not that I mind, it's good to see them.

Geek Drinks after VS05 Launch
A few of us geeks have decided we couldn't go to the launch of VS05 without catching up with each other for a few drinks. This is a "Geek and Greet" event, just a bit of fun. Survival WITHOUT Gadgets
I am going away on vacation in a few weeks and i have vowed not to take any gadgets and gismo's with me. This means no laptop, no phone, no cute little mp3 player, no PDA.... nothing. Just me and the big wide world... The question now is will I manage not to buy any gadgets whilst I am away because of "gadget withdrawl symptoms". Can it be done? Well I guess I will find out in 3 weeks time. I will report back and let you know how it went and what happened... I can guaruntee that I will feel totally ......
