Peter Stathakos - Stack Of Toast Microsoft, .NET and Life in General

The geek dinner last night in Montreal was great. Robert Scoble and his wife Maryam came to dinner with their friends. The local crowd was made up of Patrick Ritchie, Eric Gauthier my wife Erika and myself.

We had a fun dinner at Arahova and then headed down to Old Montreal on the way we gave everyone the walking tour of Old Montreal. We then headed to Le Jardin Nelson for dessert and coffee and live Jazz.

The conversation turned geeky, we talked about blogging, security, Microsoft, politics, religion and lots more. Robert let us play with his Tablet PC and try out the handwriting recognition, it was very cool. A fun time was had by all, it's just too bad Robert, Maryam and their friends didn't have more time to spend in the city, we would have done some more sightseeing.

More pictures are in the Montreal Geek Dinner gallery.

Thanks to everyone for the fun evening, especially to Robert for arranging it all.
