Ever wondered, how to configure two Microsoft Exchange accounts on single outlook mail client?
How to configure more than one exchange account (different exchange servers, without creating different profiles and accessing both at a time) in outlook?!
We face this issue, whenever we are at client location and want to access both your employer e-mail account and Customer email account.
Here is the easiest way, which will enable you to do that. (Thanks to Neil Bedekar, my colleague from whom the idea is generated and helped in getting this done)..
Most of us tried to set up a new Microsoft exchange account when you already have one on your outlook, but outlook doesn't allow to create a new exchange account when you already have one!
So, what is the way?

Simple… create an IMAP or POP3 account (provided, they are enabled on Exchange server), instead of selecting exchange account though you are going to setup a exchange account.

I choose to create IMAP account and here are few screen shots which tells you how to do that... Here are some friendly screen shots which are easy to follow..

Go to Tools-->Account Settings

 Click New

Leave the default selection and click next

Check The option shown in below figure and click next

Crucial section…Leave the default selection (Internet E-mail) and click next. (So many times I came to this option and selected Microsoft Exchange… Now tried something different (Thanks Neil))

Now fill the simple form and click more settings to enter domain credentials

'On the outgoing server tab, enter domain settings

Be sure to check this under folders section, so that one mail box's sent items save in other

Boom! Once you are done you can try Test Account settings Internet E-mail settings screen shot which gives you the confidence that it’s gonna work!

'Now, whenever you send the mail, you have the option like below how cool is that?!

You can see your mail boxes on your left menu like this

WoW dude!!! I didn't know that. Pretty good one.

And dude do you mind providing an RSS feed with all the categories included in it. I don't want to subscribe to each individual one, I want all of them in one shot. ;)

Jason,
I am talking about two different exchange server accounts. not on the same exchange server. and it is not possible to setup two exchange accounts in one mailbox, even with two folders!
only way is to setup smtp or pop3 mail
