No Fun Intended Shoo! You are debugging the crap outta me!

Well, about a month ago I bought the Sony DRU-700A Double Layer Internal DVD-RW Drive for my personal pc. It was about a $200 purchase and I have been very happy with it so far.  Anyway, I use it as a cheap solution to back up all my important stuff but this morning the backup failed so I went to investigate the problem. The disk was laying on top of the PC and in it's place was a piece of cheese, Kraft, I am sure. Now, I don't know who exactly did it but my prime suspects are THE boy (Bryant, age 3, very mischievous and has a really good evil laugh but can say 'I love you' and punch you in the nose in the same breathe - I call him Mini-Me), the baby (Alex, age 1, who leaves fingerprints EVERYWHERE he goes), and my wife. I have to discredit the wife thing. Surely she wouldn't be doing stuff like this at her age. I have also ruled out the baby because the disk didn't have Chester Cheetah or chocolate fingerprints on it. That leaves the boy.

Anywho, the cheese apparantly got warm and melted and got all the way through the drive. In retrospect, of course, it is my fault because the office door was left open and the computer was not secured. Also, happily, I can now get the same burner at Amazon for $180. I think I will trade the boy to gypsies for a new drive. (No offense intended if you are a gypsy, of course. I like gypsies.)  ;-)
