It turns out that the term “Waterfallian” has been in the lexicon for at least a year and a half, but that doesn't stop it from being a new and useful term. Interesting Article

I found this article to be interesting

Earlier today, I had come across a quote that made me sit up and think.

“Software production is assumed to be a line function, but it is run like a staff function.” -- Paul Licker

Which had me asking the question, "what is the difference between line and staff".
