Twixcel Announced at MVP Summit!

With so many Twitter clients for the mobile and desktop platforms, one group has been left with no options for falling into the time-suck that is Twitter: the average everyday office employee.

These are the people who have restricted internet browsing access and cannot install any 3rd party applications on their computers. How are they supposed to communicate with the outside world in 140 characters or less like the rest of us?
