Did a crazy one today, and I'm feeling a bit edgy...like I'm simmering just under my skin with a testosterone-induced rage.
5 min bike warmup
10 min bike @ lvl 10 maintaining over 105 RPMs
30 reps bicep curls @ 30 lbs (per hand)
30 reps bench flys @ 30 lbs (per hand)
30 reps bench press @ 30 lbs (per hand)
30 reps front plate @ 35 lb plate
30 reps tricep-straight pulls @ 55 lbs
30 reps shoulder shrugs @ 35 lbs (per hand)
180 crunches
40 reps leg press @ 205 lbs
30 reps quads @ 190 lbs
All done in an hour. Boo-ya.
