Java: created to make VB with semicolons 1.0...C# version 2.0

Rocky Lhotka has an awesome blog entry talking about yet another discussion about VB vs C#. It's actually a pretty funny read, and he ends off bringing us all together as one big Microsoft coding family (although the C# programmers are still the black sheep).

VB prohrammers = one good laugh, hiding their programming inabilities behind the well formed windows framework based on C which provides them easy drag drop codes, ceasing them from knowing what actually coding logic is lol so they have less to think more to drink, why would they call themselves programmers even 12/18/2005 1:39 AM | closer

U must be an underage kid or u never experienced da Enterprise world. VB is the undisputed KING of business applications.

VB is a child’s language. The only reason VB is the "king" of business applications is because it’s quick and easy. Anyone with experience with a real language like C++ or JAVA can easily move backwards to the simple syntax of basic with a quick glance of the simple code. And then there is making money at this business... every argument re: C# vs. VB (favoring C#) ignores the fact there are deadlines in life, and there are more human resources available in with VB skills.
