Issue(s) Resolved in this Hotfix Patch 1 – updated report files:
- Syscpu_forgroup_bydevice_topn.rdl
The “Highest System CPU for a Group by Device” report is incorrectly sorted in ascending order instead of descending order.
- Stabsum_forproc.rdl
The “Stability Summary for a Process” report displays an abnormally high and incorrect alert count when multiple versions of the same application are run. Due to the high number of alerts you may also receive an “out of memory” error message when running this report.
- Proc_summary.rdl
The “Process Summary” report displays an abnormally high and incorrect alert count when multiple versions of the same application are run. Due to the high number of alerts you may also receive an “out of memory” error message when running this report.
- Freespace_forgroup_bydevice_topn.rdl
The “Least Percent Free Disk Space for a Group by Device” report is sorted incorrectly and shows the devices with the most amount of free disk space and not the least amount of free disk space.
- Alerts_forgroup_byprocess.rdl
The “Alerts for a Group by Process” report displays an abnormally high and incorrect alert count when multiple versions of the same application are run. Due to the high number of alerts you may also receive an “out of memory” error message when running this report.
Patch 2 – update to an SQL-stored procedure:
- All five reports in the Real Time > Alerts > Alerts Reports section contain no data and are always blank. These include the “Alerts for a Group by Device”, “Alerts for a Group by Hour”, “Alerts for a Group by Process”, “Alerts for a Group byType”, and “Alerts for a Group by User” reports.
